Dear Brass Educator,
We are thrilled to invite you to a very special brass event on Friday, October 31 from 9:30 AM-2 PM at the Aaron Copland School of Music, Queens College. The New York Brass Arts Trio will perform a concert at the LeFrak Concert Hall, followed by a workshop and masterclass. These outstanding virtuoso players perform a wide range of music by composers from Bach to Piazzolla.
This is a wonderful opportunity for young brass players to hear top professionals perform live in one of the outstanding concert halls in New York, right on the Queens College campus. Students will get a chance to meet with them, discuss music and brass playing and possibly even play for them in a supportive setting. The New York Brass Arts Trio is made up of three Queens College faculty members; David Jolley, Joe Burgstaller, and Haim Avitsur. Brass students at the Copland School of Music study with these great artists.
You can get a sample of their artistry by clicking here:

This event is FREE but the space is limited. Free parking is available. Lunch will be provided. Please complete the attached form and send it by Friday, October 24th. For questions, call 718-997-3802.
Best wishes, and we look forward to hearing from you and seeing you at this special event!
